With a flex rating of 4.5, this board is approachable but leans toward intermediate and advanced riders. It offers enough stability for progression, but beginners might find the camber-dominant profile and edge-hold technology less forgiving than a softer, rocker-based board.

Magne-Traction uses serrated edges to create multiple contact points along the board's length. This significantly improves edge hold on hard-packed snow and ice, giving you more confidence and control when carving in firm conditions.

While it is a directional board with a 3.8 cm setback, it is still capable of riding switch. However, because the nose and tail dimensions are slightly different and the stance is set back, it will feel different than a true twin board when riding backward.
