Gnu Barrett

While the Barrett is approachable, it is designed for intermediate to advanced riders who want precision. Its camber-dominant profile and stiffer flex require a bit more technique and rider input than a beginner-focused, softer board.

The directional shape means the board is built to excel riding forward, offering better stability and float in powder. While you can ride it switch, it will feel slightly different than a true twin board.

Thanks to the Magne-Traction edge technology, this board excels on hardpack and icy conditions where edge hold is critical. It is a true all-mountain deck, meaning it performs reliably across groomed runs, variable terrain, and light powder.

The camber-dominant profile provides excellent pop and stability, but it is less forgiving than a rocker or hybrid profile. You will need to be intentional with your turns, as it has a more traditional, locked-in feel.

The Carbon Power Bands are integrated into the core to increase the board's torsional stiffness and snap. They help the board feel more responsive and energetic when you are initiating turns or popping off side hits.
