With a flex rating of 5, this board sits right in the middle of the spectrum. It is responsive enough for intermediate riders looking to progress, but forgiving enough that it won't punish you for small mistakes like a stiffer, pro-level board might.

Magne-Traction works like a serrated steak knife, creating multiple contact points along the edge of the board. This provides significantly more grip than a traditional smooth edge, giving you reliable control and confidence when riding on firm, icy, or hard-packed snow.

While it is optimized for directional riding, the board is still very capable of riding switch. The setback is relatively moderate, so you will notice a slight difference in feel compared to a true twin, but it won't prevent you from riding or landing switch comfortably.
