While they offer excellent stopping power, they use a two-piston design that may lack the sustained heat management required for heavy enduro or downhill riding; for those disciplines, we recommend SRAM's G2 or Code series.

Bleeding Edge is a specialized port design that creates a tighter seal with the syringe adapter. This prevents air from entering the system and fluid from leaking out during the bleed process, resulting in a much cleaner and more reliable bleed compared to traditional methods.

The heat shield sits between the brake pads and the caliper body to act as a thermal barrier. It prevents heat generated by the pads during braking from transferring into the caliper and fluid, which helps maintain consistent lever feel and prevents brake fade on longer descents.

The brakes use a standard post-mount interface. While the calipers include the necessary bolts for mounting to the frame or fork, you may need to purchase specific adapters separately depending on your rotor size and frame mount standards.
