The Boxcar is built for riders who prioritize stiffness and handling precision. Its rounded box geometry makes it an excellent choice for technical trail riding, gravel, or any discipline where you need responsive steering and reliable performance under load.

The Boxcar is designed for a standard 1-1/8 inch steerer tube and 31.8mm handlebar diameter. As long as your bike uses these common industry standards, it will be compatible.

We use T25 Torx hardware because it offers a more secure interface that is significantly less prone to stripping than traditional hex bolts. This makes installation and maintenance much more reliable, especially if you frequently adjust your cockpit.

2024 aluminum is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance. By using this material and CNC machining the stem, we achieve a structure that is incredibly stiff for responsive handling without adding unnecessary weight to your front end.

The stack height is 36mm. This measurement is important because it determines how much steerer tube length you need; ensure you have enough steerer tube exposed above your headset to accommodate this height.
