PAUL Component Boxcar Stem

The Boxcar stem is designed for standard handlebars with a 31.8mm clamp diameter. It is not compatible with older 25.4mm or 26.0mm bars, nor the newer 35mm oversized standard.

A 0-degree angle provides a neutral, horizontal rise. It is ideal if you want to maintain a consistent handlebar height relative to your steerer tube without adding rise or drop to your cockpit.

You will need a T25 Torx driver to tighten the stainless steel hardware. We recommend using a torque wrench to ensure you hit the manufacturer's specifications without over-tightening.

At 35mm, this is considered a short stem. It will make your steering feel quicker and more responsive, which is often preferred for aggressive trail riding or if you need to shorten your reach slightly for a better fit.

The polished finish is durable, but it can show fingerprints and light surface scratches over time. A simple microfiber cloth and occasional metal polish will keep it looking like new.
