Weber Summit SB38 S

The Weber Summit SB38 S is designed specifically for liquid propane. It does not support conversion to natural gas, so you should ensure your outdoor kitchen setup is plumbed for propane before installation.

The modular frame is designed to accommodate Weber's specialized inserts, such as pizza stones, griddles, and wok inserts. This allows you to swap out standard grates for specific cooking surfaces depending on what you are preparing.

Unlike traditional burners that heat from below, the top-down infrared broiler directs intense heat from above. This is ideal for finishing steaks or melting cheese, as it creates a caramelized crust without overcooking the center of the meat.

The rotisserie kit is included with the grill. It is fully integrated into the design, so you have everything you need to start spit-roasting poultry or roasts right out of the box.
