These boots feature GripWalk soles, which are not compatible with traditional ISO 5355 alpine bindings. You must ensure your bindings are GripWalk compatible or multi-norm certified (MNC) to use them safely.

The Mimic liner uses heat-moldable material in the heel and ankle area to replicate the exact shape of your foot. This creates a more secure, locked-in feel that reduces heel lift and improves overall control compared to a traditional foam liner.

At 2060g, this is heavier than dedicated ultralight touring boots, so you will feel the weight on long-distance ascents. However, that extra mass provides the stability and dampening needed for aggressive downhill skiing, which is the primary trade-off for this boot's versatility.
