The Hawx Prime XTD features a 100mm medium-volume last, which is a versatile fit for most average-width feet. Because both the shell and liner are heat-moldable via Atomic's Memory Fit process, a boot fitter can customize the shape to accommodate specific pressure points or anatomical needs.

The boot is compatible with GripWalk, MNC (Multi-Norm Certified), and standard pin bindings used for touring. This versatility means you can use the same boot across different setups, from resort alpine bindings to tech touring bindings.

A 115 flex is generally considered stiff and responsive, offering excellent power transfer for advanced skiers. If you are an aggressive skier who prioritizes control and stability at speed, this flex rating will provide the support you need.

The Free/Lock 4.5 mechanism is designed to lock securely for the descent, minimizing play and maintaining the power transmission of a traditional alpine boot. You get the range of motion needed for the climb without sacrificing the downhill performance required for steep terrain.
