Yes, the chin bar is designed to be removed quickly without tools. It uses a simple latch system that allows you to transition from full-face protection for technical descents to an open-face setup for climbs or casual riding.

Spherical Technology uses a ball-and-socket design where the outer shell rotates around an inner liner during an impact. This helps redirect crash forces away from the brain more effectively than traditional slip-plane liners, which can sometimes interfere with ventilation or fit.

The helmet features an adjustable visor that flips up high enough to stow goggles underneath when you aren't wearing them. It is also designed with enough clearance at the temples to comfortably fit most standard cycling sunglasses.

It is well-suited for hot weather. The helmet includes 18 total vents, including 4 brow ports that channel air directly over your forehead, and the X-Static padding is designed to wick moisture and inhibit odor buildup.

Measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows. The Small fits 52–56cm, the Medium fits 55–59cm, and the Large fits 58–62cm; if you fall between sizes, we recommend trying the larger size first to ensure the Float Fit system can adjust comfortably.

While the chin bar is robust and adds significant protection for all-mountain riding, it is not ASTM-certified for downhill racing. It is best suited for enduro riding where you need versatility and protection against trail impacts.
