The saucer is designed to sit securely on most standard rocks glasses, coupes, and Glencairn glasses. As long as your glass has a rim diameter that allows the saucer to rest flat, it will create the necessary seal for effective smoking.

The brass mesh screen is removable for easy maintenance. Simply pop it out after the saucer has cooled completely and brush away any leftover ash or debris; avoid putting the wooden components in the dishwasher, as moisture can warp the maple.

The wood chips are intended for single use per smoking session, as they burn down to ash to infuse the flavor. The kit comes with a generous supply, but you will need to purchase additional wood chip blends once you exhaust the included cognac cherry, rum and maple, and bourbon and oak varieties.

No, this set does not include a butane torch. You will need to provide your own culinary torch or lighter to ignite the wood chips and generate the smoke.
