Gate EON Piston Head

The ten-vent configuration allows air to quickly expand the O-ring against the cylinder wall during the compression stroke. This creates a more immediate and consistent seal, which is critical for maintaining FPS stability in high-speed or dual-sector gear (DSG) builds.

This component is designed for Tokyo Marui spec AEG gearboxes. As long as your gearbox follows this industry-standard specification, it should be a drop-in fit with minimal to no modification required.

POM (polyoxymethylene) is lightweight and self-lubricating, which reduces friction and stress on the gearbox shell during high-speed cycling. It provides excellent durability without the added weight of metal, which helps prevent premature wear on internal components.

This piston head is rated for springs up to M140. While it is built for durability, using a spring stronger than M140 may exceed the material's intended stress limits and could lead to premature failure.

The piston head is compatible with standard 19 x 2.4mm O-rings. It is recommended to keep a spare on hand, as the O-ring is a wear item that will eventually need replacement depending on your usage frequency.
