The Stratos is designed for versatility. Its directional rocker profile and tapered shape provide excellent float in deep powder, while the mid-stiff flex and short sidecut give you the precision and grip needed to navigate icy, technical lines with confidence.

While the Stratos is highly capable, its medium-stiff flex and responsive construction are best suited for intermediate to advanced riders. If you have experience riding all-mountain terrain and are looking to transition into backcountry touring, this board offers a predictable, energetic ride that rewards solid technique.

These stringers are integrated to enhance the board's performance without adding unnecessary weight. The carbon provides snappy pop for jumps and turns, while the flax fibers help dampen vibrations, resulting in a smoother, more stable ride when conditions get choppy.

The Stratos uses an ultralight dual-density wood core made from Paulownia and Poplar, which keeps the overall weight down for easier skinning on the ascent. It strikes a great balance between being light enough for long tours and durable enough for aggressive downhill riding.

Like any high-performance splitboard, it benefits from regular care. The base is a high-quality Sintered 8000 material, so keeping it waxed is essential for maintaining speed and glide. Additionally, because it uses bio-based epoxy and recycled steel edges, it is durable, but you should still inspect the clips and hardware periodically to ensure everything is secure before heading out.
