Volkl Peregrine Skis

These skis are designed for intermediate to expert skiers who prioritize carving performance on groomed runs. Because of the stiff flex and dual Titanal layers, they are best for aggressive riders who want a stable, damp ride at higher speeds.

The 82mm waist is optimized for quick edge-to-edge transitions on firm snow and groomed trails. It provides enough platform for stability while remaining narrow enough to be agile and responsive when you are carving hard.

While the tip and tail rocker helps with turn initiation, these are primarily frontside, all-mountain skis. They will handle variable snow conditions well, but they are not designed for deep powder or dedicated backcountry use.

The carbon tips are engineered to improve agility and turn initiation. By placing carbon in the tip, Volkl makes the ski feel quicker and more intuitive when you start a turn, without sacrificing the dampness provided by the wood and Titanal core.

The included Marker Lowride bindings are GripWalk compatible. This means they work with standard alpine boot soles as well as GripWalk soles, which are common on modern boots for better traction when walking.

Full sidewall construction is essential for edge grip. It creates a direct connection between your boot and the snow, ensuring the ski holds its edge reliably even on icy or hard-packed surfaces.
