Deity Speedtrap Mountain Bike Saddle

The Speedtrap is built primarily for mountain biking, ranging from trail riding to enduro. Its shape and construction are optimized for riders who need a balance of comfort during long climbs and durability for aggressive descents.

The D2 edge flex allows the sides of the saddle to slightly yield during your pedal stroke. This reduces friction against your inner thighs and helps the saddle move with you rather than against you, making it more comfortable during high-cadence pedaling.

The Speedtrap uses standard 7x7mm hollow chromoly rails, which are compatible with the vast majority of mountain bike seatposts on the market. If your seatpost uses a standard two-bolt or single-bolt clamp system, this saddle will fit.

The Kevlar sides are specifically placed to protect the saddle from abrasion and tears. If you frequently lean your bike against rough surfaces or crash, these reinforced areas significantly extend the lifespan of the cover compared to standard synthetic materials.

The mid-density EVA foam strikes a balance between support and comfort. It is firm enough to provide a stable platform for efficient power transfer, but resilient enough to absorb trail chatter without feeling like a plush, squishy couch.
