This basket is specifically designed for La Pavoni PRE-Millennium models and the Elektra Microcasa a Leva. It will not fit standard 58mm portafilters or other lever machines, so please verify your machine's group head diameter before purchasing.

The IMS basket features precision-engineered, re-laminated perforations that are more uniform than standard stock baskets. This design promotes a more even water flow, which helps reduce channeling and leads to a more consistent, balanced espresso extraction.

While the basket is rated for 14g, its design allows for some flexibility in dosing. You can experiment with slightly higher or lower doses to dial in your shot, but keep in mind that significantly overfilling may cause the puck to touch the shower screen.

Not at all. It is made from durable, food-safe AISI 304 stainless steel and is dishwasher safe. For daily maintenance, a quick rinse and wipe after use are usually sufficient to keep the perforations clear.
