The Candle Clip fitter is designed to clip directly onto a candelabra-style bulb, making it ideal for smaller accent lamps. The Washer Top fitter, on the other hand, sits on top of a lamp harp and is secured by a finial, which is standard for most traditional table lamps.

The box-pleat construction, combined with the linen-cotton blend material, creates a soft, diffused glow. Because the fabric is slightly textured and layered, it filters light more gently than a smooth, solid shade, reducing harsh glare.

This shade is designed for table lamps, but compatibility depends on your current hardware. You must match the fitter type—either Candle Clip or Washer Top—to your lamp's existing socket or harp configuration before purchasing.

Linen is naturally durable, but it can attract dust. We recommend using a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum with a brush attachment on a low setting to gently remove dust from the pleats periodically.

The skirt is a functional design element that extends slightly below the main shade frame. It provides a cleaner, more tailored look while ensuring the shade sits securely on the base, preventing it from wobbling or slipping during use.
