Since these are push-on grips rather than lock-ons, they require a bit of effort to slide on. Using a small amount of rubbing alcohol or compressed air can help lubricate the inside of the grip for easier installation, which will then evaporate or dry to create a secure, slip-free fit.

While some riders choose to use grip glue or safety wire for extra security, it is generally not required if they are installed correctly on clean bars. If you find they twist after installation, a light application of grip glue is a reliable solution.
