Elan Ripstick

The Amphibio profile uses a specific left and right ski design. The inside edge is cambered for maximum grip and stability during turns, while the outside edge is rockered to make turn initiation smoother and more forgiving.

The Ripstick is designed as a true all-mountain ski. With a 94mm waist, it is wide enough to handle soft snow and light powder off-piste, but the carbon-reinforced construction provides enough edge hold to carve confidently on firm groomers.

While the Tubelite wood core and Vaportip inserts keep the ski light and agile, the SST sidewall construction ensures direct energy transmission. This combination allows the ski to feel lively and energetic without sacrificing the stability needed for faster, more aggressive riding.

A 15m radius is considered a medium turn radius. It is versatile enough to make quick, snappy turns in tight trees or bumps, but stable enough to hold a solid line when you open up your turns on wider runs.

This ski is best for intermediate to advanced skiers who want one pair of skis that can handle the entire mountain. It is particularly well-suited for someone who values a playful, energetic feel over a heavy, damp, race-style ski.
