The 0.9mm thickness strikes a balance between durability and weight. It is thick enough to offer reliable puncture resistance against common road debris without adding the excessive weight found in heavier, thorn-resistant tubes.

This tube uses a 60mm Presta valve, which is generally compatible with most standard road rims. However, if you are using deep-section aerodynamic wheels, you may need a valve extender to ensure the valve protrudes far enough for your pump to attach.

While this is a butyl rubber inner tube designed for clincher setups, it can be used in tubeless-ready rims as long as you are running a clincher tire. It is a great backup option to carry in your saddlebag if you experience a flat while running a tubeless setup.
