This is primarily a lower leg service kit designed for the 200-hour maintenance interval. It includes the necessary dust seals, foam rings, and O-rings to refresh the chassis, along with the Select+ Charger sealhead, but it does not include a complete damper rebuild kit.

To perform this service correctly, you will need a seal driver tool matched to your 35mm stanchions, a pick set for removing old O-rings, and the appropriate suspension fluid for your specific fork model. Using the correct seal driver is critical to avoid damaging the new seals during installation.

Foam rings act as a reservoir for lubrication, keeping your stanchions slick and preventing friction. Over time, they become contaminated with dirt and lose their ability to hold oil, which leads to increased stiction and potential wear on your fork's finish.
