Big Green Egg

It is best suited for intimate meals or as a secondary cooker. With 133 square inches of cooking space, it can handle a whole chicken, two steaks, or four burgers at once, making it ideal for singles, couples, or small groups.

The Small Big Green Egg is a true Kamado-style cooker, meaning it is highly versatile. Its ceramic design retains heat exceptionally well, allowing you to smoke, roast, bake, or grill with precise temperature control.

While it weighs 80 lbs, it is designed as a tabletop unit, making it much more portable than the larger EGG models. It is a great option for patios, balconies, or taking along on trips where you have a sturdy surface to set it on.

This model uses natural lump charcoal. It does not use gas or electric ignition, so you will need to use match-light or fire starters to ignite the charcoal.

The Big Green Egg's ceramic construction provides excellent insulation. While the exterior will get warm, it does not reach the extreme temperatures of a metal grill, though you should still exercise caution when touching it during use.
