A removable core allows you to inject tubeless sealant directly through the valve stem, which is much cleaner and faster than pouring it into the tire bead. It also makes it easier to clear out dried sealant if the valve becomes clogged.

These valves come in a 34 mm length, which is standard for many mountain bike rims and shallower road rims. Before purchasing, verify that your rim depth allows enough of the valve stem to protrude for your pump head to attach securely.

No special tools are required. You can tighten the lock nut by hand, and the knurled texture provides enough grip to ensure a secure, airtight seal against the rim.
