Ecologie Beeswax Wrap

Wash the wraps using cool water and a mild, eco-friendly dish soap. Avoid hot water, as it will melt the beeswax coating, and let them air dry completely before storing.

These wraps are ideal for covering bowls, wrapping cheese, cut vegetables, fruits, or sandwiches. Avoid using them with raw meat, fish, or hot foods, as the heat and juices can compromise the wax coating.

With proper care and regular use, these wraps generally last between six months to a year. You will know it is time to replace them when they no longer hold their shape or seal effectively.

You may notice a faint, natural beeswax scent when you first use them, but this typically does not transfer to your food. The aroma is subtle and dissipates quickly after the wrap is applied.

The warmth of your hands is the key to activating the beeswax. Simply wrap the sheet around your food or container and hold it in place for a few seconds; the heat from your palms will soften the wax, allowing it to create a secure, airtight seal.
