This cover is specifically sized for a 12' x 24' oval pool. If your pool is slightly smaller, you can trim the material with heavy-duty scissors to achieve a custom fit, but it will not work for pools larger than these dimensions.

The 1600 Series is designed for higher performance and durability compared to standard entry-level covers. It features a thicker material construction that is more effective at trapping solar heat and resisting the wear and tear of daily pool use.

While its primary function is heat retention and evaporation reduction, the cover will act as a barrier against leaves, dirt, and insects. However, it is not designed as a safety cover and will not support the weight of a person or pet.

By creating a physical barrier between the water surface and the air, this cover can significantly reduce evaporation, often by up to 95%. This helps you conserve water and maintain chemical balance more easily throughout the season.

Because of the size and material, it can be cumbersome to handle alone. Most users find it easiest to use a solar cover reel system, which allows one person to roll and unroll the cover smoothly without folding or dragging it.
