The Genesis Basecamp is specifically designed for use with standard 16.4 oz propane bottles. It does not support smaller isobutane-propane canisters typically used with ultralight backpacking stoves.

The stove features a daisy-chain capability that allows you to connect additional Jetboil Genesis or other compatible stoves to a single fuel source. This creates a larger cooking range, perfect for group trips where you need multiple burners running simultaneously.

While the ceramic coating is high-quality and nonstick, we recommend using silicone or wooden utensils to extend the life of the surface. Metal utensils can scratch and degrade the nonstick properties over time.
