Sharper Image Infrared Grill

Unlike traditional gas grills that heat the air around the food, infrared burners use radiant heat to cook directly. This allows the grill to reach temperatures up to 700°F much faster, resulting in a superior sear that locks in juices while minimizing flare-ups.

The Bluetooth app is designed for real-time temperature monitoring rather than remote control. You can track the internal temperature of your food using the dual meat probes and receive alerts on your smartphone, but you will still need to manually adjust the burner knobs at the grill.

The grill offers a generous 900 square inches of total cooking space, with 640 square inches in the primary area and 260 square inches in the secondary area. This capacity is substantial enough to cook for large groups or host backyard events with ease.

This model is designed specifically for use with propane (LPG). It features a freestanding cart design, making it easy to position anywhere on your patio or deck without needing a permanent gas line installation.

The grates are made from porcelain-enameled cast iron, which provides excellent heat retention and creates those classic sear marks. The porcelain coating helps prevent food from sticking and makes the grates easier to clean than raw cast iron.

The rotisserie kit comes included with the grill, so you are ready to roast whole chickens or large cuts of meat right out of the box. It is a great addition for achieving even, slow-cooked results.
