Twine Living Acacia Cheese Board

While the integrated wire slicer is specifically designed for semi-soft cheeses, the board itself functions perfectly as a serving platter for charcuterie, crackers, or fruit. We recommend using a separate knife for cutting harder foods to avoid damaging the wood surface.

This board should be hand washed only. Use warm water and mild soap, then dry it immediately to preserve the acacia wood. Avoid soaking the board or putting it in the dishwasher, as this can cause the wood to warp or crack.

The wire slicer is integrated into the board's design. While it is durable for standard use, it is not designed to be user-replaceable. To extend its lifespan, avoid using it on hard, aged cheeses that require significant force to slice.

The wire slicer works best with semi-soft to semi-hard cheeses like cheddar, havarti, gouda, or swiss. It is not intended for very hard cheeses like parmesan, which can snap the wire.

The gold finish is durable, but it can scratch or tarnish if exposed to harsh abrasives or acidic foods for long periods. Simply wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth after use and dry it thoroughly to maintain its luster.
