Standard plastic or wire hangers often create 'shoulder bumps' because they lack support and have sharp edges. These padded hangers provide a soft, rounded surface that mimics the shape of your shoulders, ensuring your garments maintain their structure and drape properly.

While they are excellent for maintaining the shape of blouses, knits, and dresses, they are best suited for lighter to medium-weight items. For heavy winter coats, you may want to use a sturdier wooden hanger to support the extra weight.

Because these are made from 100% cotton, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and a mild detergent if necessary. Avoid submerging the entire hanger in water, as the internal padding may not dry properly.

The fabric covering provides a natural, gentle friction that helps keep garments in place better than smooth plastic. However, they do not have rubberized non-slip strips, so very wide-neck tops may still require a little care when hanging.
