F1 hybrid seeds are the result of cross-pollinating two specific parent plants to create offspring with consistent, predictable traits. This ensures that every plant you grow from this packet will reliably produce the same mini Kabocha squash with the signature speckled appearance.

Each packet contains 25 seeds. While individual yields depend on your local soil quality, sunlight, and care, you can generally expect a generous harvest if the plants are given enough space to thrive.

They are both. While their unique speckled skin makes them excellent for autumn displays, they are a variety of Kabocha squash, which is known for its sweet, dense, and flavorful flesh.

Because these are a compact mini variety, they are well-suited for smaller garden beds or even large containers. However, like most squash, they will still need room for vines to spread, so plan for adequate spacing to ensure good airflow and healthy growth.

It is not recommended. Because these are F1 hybrids, the seeds saved from the fruit will not grow true to the parent plant and will likely result in inconsistent or unpredictable squash next year.
