The counter height option is typically best for standard kitchen islands or work surfaces measuring around 36 inches. The bar height option is designed for taller surfaces, usually around 42 inches. Measure your desk or counter surface from the floor to the underside to ensure you have enough leg clearance.

While it is designed for comfort and support, this stool is intended for active, shorter-duration tasks rather than eight hours of continuous sedentary work. It works best as a secondary seating option for collaborative spaces, standing desk transitions, or creative projects.

The polished aluminum frame offers a sleek, industrial look but may show fingerprints more readily than the black finish. The black finish provides a more matte, uniform appearance that tends to hide dust and minor scuffs more effectively over time.

The base is designed for stability, but we recommend using felt pads or a protective rug if you are placing it on delicate hardwood surfaces. This will prevent potential scratching from the base material during normal movement.
