NeatCharge Wireless Charger

The NeatCharge is designed to work through most non-metallic desk surfaces, such as wood, plastic, or glass. It will not function through metal surfaces, as metal interferes with the wireless charging signal.

Since the charger is mounted underneath, you may want to apply a small, non-permanent sticker or marker on the top of your desk to indicate the charging sweet spot. Once you find the correct position, your device will begin charging automatically.

The NeatCharge is compatible with all Qi-enabled devices, which includes most modern smartphones from Apple, Samsung, Google, and others. If your phone supports wireless charging, it will work with this system.

For optimal charging performance, the desk surface should be between 0.5 and 1.5 inches thick. Surfaces thicker than this may prevent the charger from successfully connecting with your device.

While it is designed for straightforward installation, it does require mounting to the underside of your desk. If you are comfortable using a drill and following basic mounting instructions, you can install it yourself; otherwise, a professional installer can handle it quickly.
