The 3M adhesive backing is designed for smooth, flat surfaces like painted drywall, tile, or finished wood. It is not recommended for use on textured walls, wallpaper, or delicate surfaces, as the adhesive may not bond properly or could damage the finish upon removal.

While the hook is sturdy, it is intended for lightweight daily essentials like towels, sweaters, bags, or leashes. We recommend keeping the total weight under 3-5 pounds to ensure the adhesive remains secure over time.

The hook features a polished, smooth finish that provides a basic layer of protection. However, because it is natural wood, it is best suited for standard bathroom environments rather than direct, prolonged contact with water inside a shower stall.

When removed correctly—by slowly pulling the adhesive tab parallel to the wall—the 3M backing is designed to come off cleanly without leaving residue or damaging most standard wall surfaces. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first if you are concerned about your specific wall paint.

This product is designed exclusively for indoor use. Exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, and temperature fluctuations outdoors can compromise the adhesive bond and the natural wood finish.
