Kassatex Kyoto Towels

The addition of rayon from bamboo gives these towels a noticeably silkier, smoother hand feel than traditional cotton towels. While they remain absorbent, the texture is softer against the skin and offers a more refined, luxurious drape.

At 600 GSM, these towels fall into the medium-weight category. They are dense enough to feel substantial and absorbent without being overly heavy or taking an excessive amount of time to dry between uses.

The sewn-in hanger loops are specifically included on the bath towels and bath sheets. They are designed to help the towels dry faster and store more neatly, but you will not find them on the hand towels or washcloths.

To maintain the bamboo blend's softness, wash in cool or warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, which can coat the fibers and reduce absorbency over time, and tumble dry on a low setting.

Like most high-quality terry towels, they can snag if caught on sharp objects like jewelry or rough surfaces. However, the dense construction helps them hold up well to regular daily use.
