The spring-loaded plunger allows you to press the cutter into your medium to create the shape and then push down again to eject it cleanly. This minimizes handling, which is crucial for preventing delicate butterfly wings from tearing or distorting.

The set includes three cutters in small (30 mm), medium (45 mm), and large (60 mm) sizes, giving you a good range for decorating everything from individual cupcakes to larger tiered cakes.
