Yes, the three-globe design is specifically engineered to distribute light evenly across the entire surface of an 8-foot table, which helps eliminate the harsh shadows that can interfere with your aim.

The fixture is designed for hanging installation, but you will need to adjust the chain length during the initial setup to achieve your preferred height. We recommend hanging it so the bottom of the shades sits approximately 30 to 36 inches above the playing surface.

This fixture uses standard medium-base bulbs. For the best visibility, we recommend using LED bulbs with a 'daylight' or 'cool white' color temperature, as these provide the crisp, clear illumination needed for accurate gameplay.

While the fixture is durable, it is not exceptionally heavy. However, it should be mounted to a standard electrical junction box rated for light fixtures. If you are installing it into a drop ceiling or a non-standard surface, you may need additional support hardware.
