While the ceramic dish is removable for easy cleaning, we recommend hand washing it with warm, soapy water to preserve the finish and prevent potential chipping.

The warming dish will become hot during operation to melt the wax, so avoid touching it while the unit is on. The base remains cooler, but it is best to place the warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

This unit is specifically designed for wax melts. We do not recommend using essential oils or water-based mixtures in the ceramic dish, as it is not intended for evaporation-based scenting.

The power cord is 36 inches long, providing enough reach for most side tables or mantels. Please note that this model uses a manual roller switch and does not include an automatic shutoff timer, so remember to turn it off when you leave the room.

The easiest method is to turn the warmer on for a minute or two until the wax softens slightly, then gently slide the wax block out with a paper towel. Alternatively, you can place a cotton ball in the melted wax to absorb it before wiping the dish clean.
