The durable nonstick surface is engineered for consistent performance and easy food release. To extend the life of the coating, we recommend using silicone or wooden utensils rather than metal tools, which can scratch the surface.

While you can certainly use the pan on its own for casseroles or brownies, the rack is essential for roasting meats and vegetables. It elevates your food, allowing hot air to circulate underneath for even browning and crisping on all sides.

The pan measures 15 by 11 inches. This rectangular shape provides ample surface area for large cuts of meat, like a whole chicken or a small turkey, while still fitting comfortably in most standard ovens.

While the nonstick surface makes hand-washing very quick and easy, we generally recommend hand-washing to preserve the integrity of the nonstick coating over the long term. If you do use a dishwasher, stick to a mild detergent and avoid high-heat drying cycles.
