A high-lift blade features a deeper curve at the end of the blade, which creates more suction. This helps lift grass blades upright before they are cut and provides the extra airflow needed to push clippings efficiently into your bagger or out the side discharge chute.

These blades are designed as direct replacements for specific Cub Cadet and Troy-Bilt models. Before purchasing, you should verify your mower's deck size and check your owner's manual or the part number on your current blades to ensure the 23.25-inch length and mounting hole pattern match your equipment.

While these are high-lift blades primarily designed for bagging and side-discharging, they can technically mulch. However, if your primary goal is mulching, you may find that dedicated mulching blades—which have a different geometry to chop grass into finer pieces—provide a cleaner result.

The iron construction is durable, but like any mower blade, it will eventually dull with use. You should inspect the blades regularly for nicks or dull edges and sharpen them as needed to maintain a clean cut, which prevents tearing the grass and keeps your lawn healthier.

This pack includes two blades. Please check your mower's deck configuration, as some riding mowers require two blades while others with larger decks may require three. Always ensure you have the correct total count for your specific deck size before installing.
