The printing process is designed to integrate with the mat's surface, ensuring it maintains the necessary traction for yoga and Pilates poses. While the surface may feel slightly different than a standard textured mat, it is engineered to remain slip-resistant during standard practice.

The 3mm option is lightweight and ideal for portability or travel. The 4mm mat is a standard, versatile choice for most practitioners, while the 5mm option provides extra cushioning, which is recommended if you have sensitive joints or prefer more support during floor-based exercises.

The cotton strap is an optional add-on. It features a nickel D-ring system that creates a loop, allowing you to cinch the strap around your rolled mat for easy, hands-free transport.

While optimized for yoga and Pilates, these mats are durable enough for general floor exercises, stretching, or bodyweight training. However, they are not designed for high-impact activities involving heavy weights or shoes, which could damage the printed surface.

To keep the print sharp and the mat hygienic, wipe it down after each session with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers, or soaking the mat, as these can degrade the printed imagery over time.
