Futures EA Techflex Fin

The EA Techflex set is designed for powerful, open-face waves and point breaks. Because of the stiff construction and rake template, they excel when you need to hold a line and generate drive in larger, faster surf.

Techflex is built with a honeycomb core and carbon, which creates a very stiff, responsive feel. Unlike more flexible fins, these won't lose energy during hard turns, providing a lively, springy release off the lip.

These fins are designed specifically for the Futures fin system. As long as your board has Futures boxes, they will fit perfectly.

This specific template is recommended for riders weighing between 125 and 175 lbs. If you are significantly outside this range, you may find the flex pattern doesn't perform as intended.

The side fins feature a flat foil, which provides a reliable, consistent feel and speed. The center fin has a symmetrical foil, which adds stability and helps control your speed when you're navigating more challenging wave sections.

Futures uses the Ride Number to indicate the flex profile of a fin, with 1 being the stiffest and 10 being the most flexible. A 3.1 rating places these firmly in the 'stiff' category, meaning they are built for speed and control rather than a loose, playful feel.
