The Sima towel is soft from the start, but like most high-quality natural cotton textiles, it will become even softer and more absorbent with each wash. We recommend washing it once before its first use to help the fibers bloom.

To keep the tassels intact, we recommend washing the towel in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle. If a tassel does become tangled, simply comb it out with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb before hanging it to dry.
