While the stainless steel blades are durable, we strongly recommend hand-washing these knives with mild soap and drying them immediately. Dishwashers can expose the handles and blades to harsh detergents and high heat, which may degrade the materials and dull the edges over time.

Like all stainless steel cutlery, these blades will eventually lose their edge with regular use. We recommend using a honing steel regularly to realign the edge and scheduling a professional sharpening or using a manual sharpener every few months to maintain optimal cutting performance.
