With a width of 54 inches and a depth of 20 inches, the desk offers a generous surface area for a laptop or a standard monitor setup. However, the 20-inch depth is relatively slim, so it is best suited for streamlined workspaces rather than setups requiring extensive peripheral equipment.

The center drawer is designed for light storage, such as pens, notebooks, and small office supplies. It is not intended for heavy filing or large storage needs, so you may want to pair it with a separate filing cabinet if you have significant paperwork.

The polished brass base is durable, but like all high-shine metals, it can show fingerprints and smudges over time. Regular dusting with a soft cloth will maintain its luster, and you can use a dedicated brass polish occasionally if you notice any dulling.
