The brass is designed to develop a natural patina as it is exposed to heat and oxygen. This is a characteristic of high-quality, unfinished brass that actually helps protect the metal from corrosion and oxidation.

The limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover cosmetic changes like the natural development of a patina or damage resulting from improper cleaning or misuse.
