This fixture uses an E26 base bulb, which is the standard medium screw base commonly found in most household lamps. We recommend using a dimmable LED bulb to best control the ambiance created by the smokey crystals.

The finish is a muted, antiqued gold. Because it is hand-finished with an oil-based paint and wax, it has a soft, matte-leaning luster rather than a bright, reflective metallic shine.

While placement depends on the scale of your art or mantel, a good rule of thumb is to space them at least 24 to 36 inches apart. This ensures the sconces frame the focal point without crowding the visual space.

The sconce arrives largely assembled, but the crystal elements are delicate. You may need to gently adjust or re-hook any crystals that shifted during transit, but no complex construction is required.

This fixture is constructed from iron and finished with wax, so it is best suited for dry, interior spaces like living rooms, bedrooms, or hallways. We do not recommend installing it in bathrooms or areas with high humidity, as moisture could compromise the finish over time.
