The set includes the handcrafted American Hickory flight board, four precision-crafted tasting glasses, and a set of scorecards for tracking your tasting notes. The remaining pieces account for the individual components of the flight board and glassware assembly.

While the glasses are durable, we recommend hand-washing them to preserve their clarity and prevent potential clouding or breakage over time. The American Hickory board should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and never submerged in water.

Each glass has a 2-ounce capacity, which is the industry standard for a proper tasting pour. This size allows enough room to swirl the spirit and concentrate the aromatics toward the rim without overwhelming the palate.

To keep the American Hickory in top condition, apply a food-safe mineral oil occasionally to prevent the wood from drying out. Avoid leaving the board in direct sunlight or near extreme heat sources to prevent warping.
