Because of the delicate embroidery and velvet material, we recommend spot cleaning only with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to preserve the texture and the integrity of the snowflake stitching.

The snowflake embroidery is slightly raised, adding a tactile, dimensional quality to the runner. It provides a nice contrast against the smooth, soft velvet base.

Velvet generally has a decent amount of grip, but if you have a very slick surface, you may want to use a thin, non-slip rug pad or table runner pad underneath to keep it securely in place.

While the velvet is luxurious and soft, it is not a heat-resistant pad. We recommend using trivets or heat-safe placemats under hot serving dishes to protect your table surface.

It works beautifully on both. While designed for holiday dining, its length and texture make it an excellent accent for a coffee table or sideboard, especially when paired with candles or seasonal greenery.
