The whitewash finish is subtle, meaning the natural texture and grain of the Kiri wood remain visible beneath the stain, giving it a soft, organic look.

Because the wood is not treated with a food-safe sealant, it is best used as a display stand for items already on a plate, board, or in a bowl. It is not recommended for direct contact with wet or oily foods.

The three-legged construction provides a sturdy, balanced base for standard serving items. However, it is designed for tabletop use and should be placed on a flat, level surface to ensure stability.

Since it is not dishwasher safe, you should clean it by gently wiping the surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging it in water or using harsh cleaning chemicals, as this can damage the wood.

While it is lightweight due to the Kiri wood construction, it is sturdy enough to hold appetizers, small bowls, or decorative centerpieces. It is not intended to support heavy items like large cast-iron cookware or heavy ceramic platters.
