This plant thrives in bright, indirect light. While it needs plenty of light to support its variegation, direct sun can scorch the leaves, so a spot near a filtered window is ideal.

Like most Hoyas, this variety prefers to dry out slightly between waterings. Allow the top inch or two of soil to feel dry to the touch before watering thoroughly, ensuring the pot has proper drainage to prevent root rot.

It is generally considered a manageable plant for those with some experience, though it requires attention to its specific light and watering needs. It is not as forgiving as a standard pothos, so it is best suited for someone who enjoys monitoring their plants.
